The holiday village Moeciu-Pestera is situated within Moeciu resort village, in Pestera village, approximately 1.2 km from the Moeciu-Pestera county road and 7 km from the 73 national route Brasov-Pitesti. The Transilvania highway will be at 20 km away from our location.

Pestera village is situated at the bottom of the Piatra Craiului Mountain at an altitude varying between 900 and 1200 m.

The village is among the most picturesque mountain villages in Romania and it has a homogeneous population of around 1000 inhabitants. Besides the wonderful landscape, the village is famous due to the existence of an important natural monument - ''The Bats' Cave''.

The area in which the land is located is called ''The Birch Hill'', the location having a great panoramic view towards both Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mountains. The name ''The Birch Hill'' comes from the large number of birch trees which grow nearby,the land being surrounded on 3 sides by a young forest of this species.

The access from the county road (to be repaved in 2009) to the lands is made on an existing road improved in the summer of 2009.

All the water necessary for the entire project will be supplied by building a 20000 liters water tank. A very important aspect is the fact that both the water connection and the water itself are free of charge.

Power line
The power lines are at 70 m from the land.

For the moment the methan gas network is in the execution phase. Since a Transgaz main pipeline passes through here, the project foresees the connection of Moeciu village to the methan gas network by constructing a pumping station in Pestera.

A regional Planning Consent has been made for the entire project. The parcels have surfaces between 1000 and 3000 square meters.

The parcels have land titles and cadastre. From the administrative point of view, the land belongs to Moeciu village, Pestera.

Most of the lots have a 3%-15% slope.

The lots have a frontage from 19 to 45 meters. The internal private road is already separated and it has its own land title; it is offered free of charge as share part to the future owners.
